"Kaetie crosses every “T” with professionalism and foresight. She communicates with clients like no other. Even when a set could be chaotic, it’s not because of her calm, problem-solving attitude and preplanning. She exudes serene energy and handles issues “behind the scenes” which in turn, makes the shoot get back on track and the team stay calm. Every project is better with her on it."

"Production comes naturally to Kaetie. Her confidence in problem solving and ability to communicate production next steps is second nature. It’s one thing to know next steps, but it’s other to be able to explain it, back it up, and execute on it. It’s true sign of leadership."

"Kaetie is organized, proactive, and always prepared. She's on top of all aspects of her projects early in the pre-production process. She's communicative, gives advance notice, and thinks about the big picture, anticipating potential issues long before they arise. When issues come up that couldn't be foreseen she's quick on her feet and always ready to brainstorm practical solutions to get the project where it needs to be. She puts extra effort into her projects to achieve high quality work and a great working environment for everyone involved, and it shows. "
